We're Back!

It is SOOO good to be back! It's warm, We've already enjoyed Moes, Pappa John's, and Pollo Tropical. I missed the food SO much. Yesterday was the first time I drove in 109 days! It's taken a few days to be back on track in this time zone, but I think we've recovered.

Everyone did so well on the 2 flights home on Sat. It was aN amazingly long day and we were up for about 20 hours, but no major meltdowns or issues.

We're slowly getting settled into our 2/2 condo on the dreaded 3rd floor. We plan to be here for a few months until we find our next house. Still thinking something relatively close to downtown and somewhere we'll be comfortable for a while, we'll see what works out.

All of our stuff is still in storage and we made a trip over there yesterday to retrieve our summer clothes & gear. The girls went through a few boxes and it was like Christmas all over again, they were so excited to see some of their beloved clothes and toys again after 4 months.

We're headed up to Jason's dad's house to pick up the cats. Daisy is going to stay with him a little longer until we have a house and yard for her. Taking her out on a leash down all the stairs while holding L doesn't sound too safe and I know she gets more attention with him than here anyway!

We're getting excited for our last planned treks to Gville to see Jason graduate next Friday. Still can't believe law school is over!
